We like to keep our vineyard as organic as possible. Operating with biodynamic principles by Doug Ross (Bio Dynamic Consultant) with the belief in returning to poison-free agriculture and building the soil to create “healthy children” i.e. our vines, has revolutionised the health of our vineyard and its disease resistance.
Nick O’Leary makes our Pinot Gris. He is a talented and awarded individual winemaker who brings innovative style to make good grapes become great wine.
